1 - When did you join the PigDogs and why?

I joined the PigDogs in 2004, because everyone at work was going to these "freezing cold barn practices" and it sounded kind of interesting, so I thought I'd check it out.

2 - What do you enjoy about Rugby?

On the field hitting someone is definitely a huge highlight for me. Off the field the sense of Family that a Rugby team, and in a sense the whole Rugby league provides is something that just doesn't seem to be matched in any other sport.

3 - Other clubs you've played for?

I haven't played for any other clubs. Now, whether that's my loyalty for this club running deep, or no other team wants me, I haven't quite figured out yet.

4 - What have been some of your highlights?

My highlights: 1) Finding out that "hurdling" isn't allowed in a game, after I had just done a 360 trying to jump over Wayne. 2) Running down the field for what seemed like an eternity, and seeing the complete look of terror in the eyes of the guy who was supposed to tackle me in Cape Breton. 3) My first try which happened to be a game winner versus HRFC, and some would say the ref. 4) Having a hand in creating what will eventually be the greatest trophy to play for in all of sports The Molson Cup, which we have successfully defended each and every time I may add. 5)Travelling to Ireland for one hell of a week of Rugby and Partying. and most importantly 6) Watching this club that was fractured and tearing itself apart come together and not only defeat Cole Harbour but our own problems as well and eventually reach the finals.

5 - What other sports do you play?

Unfortunately, I'm not a member of any other organized sport, but I do play Baseball, Basketball, Street Hockey and Football whenever I can.

6 - Who is your favorite PigDog?

I don't really think I have a favorite PigDog. I mean isn't that like asking who your favorite brother is?

7 - What's the best part about being a PigDog?

The best part about being a PigDog? I don't know of any other team that would do so much for another teammate off the field, from helping set up a deck, to being groomsmen at a wedding to just being around to have a few drinks with. This club seems to stick by one another through thick and thin.

8 - Who is your favorite club to play against?

I have to say my favorite club to play against is Cole Harbour. Maybe its because they're our biggest rivals, or because something they do rubs me the wrong way, whatever it is, I always get pumped up when their games next on the calendar.

9 - What's your favorite PigDog event?

My favorite PigDog event, I think would be the annual trip to St. John, it seems after that we all realize that the season is going to start in earnest and that it's time to come together as a team.

10 - Where would you like to see the Pigdogs take a Road trip to?

My dream road trip for the PigDogs would be to New Zealand. I would love to see The All Blacks play in a live setting and I'm thinking, just a hunch here, but the caliber of teams that we could play against would be pretty good as well.
