The Dartmouth PigDogs RFC is a rugby club that has a social commitment to our community and the people that we share it with. We believe in helping one another, on and off the field, whether you are a PigDog or not.
The club gathers once a month at the Molson Give-R's to raise money for various local charities with the help of Q104. This has become one of many functions that the PigDogs mark on their monthly calendars and we encourage everyone to attend and see how much fun raising money for the community can be.
The club also has taken up the cause of helping feed the less fortunate in the area by supporting the local Food Banks through Feed Nova Scotia at all our functions. When the club gathers for parties, banquets, etc., everyone is asked to bring non-perishable food items and/or money to give to the organization.
The Dartmouth PigDogs are proud to be a club with a social conscious and encourage you to help us help others by joining us at functions or giving back to the community when you can.
