Ashley began playing in grade 10 at Avonview High School in Windsor, Nova Scotia where she played some great rugby. She took her game to Saint Mary's University where she helped lead her team to second place in 2008. One of the best finishes in many years.
The PigDogs is her first club team where she gets a chance to play with many of her school mates and close friends.
Ashley won Rookie of the Year in 2009
